I know this because of the lines "the best years of your life they want to steal", "Is this man a jew" The guitar riff adds to the straightforward affect that the vocalist impressions on the listener. Everything is up front. It is propaganda because of the reference to the sign that says we earn more than you and the constant messages that make people subtly believe their idea.
